Home Care Services
Contact us today to schedule a free in-home consultation. We will meet with you at the convenience of your home, conduct a short interview to obtain additional information about your needs and we will search our database of professional caregivers who can address your needs. Finally, you will conduct an interview with the preselected caregivers and select the one that best matches your personality and needs.
​Satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a caregiver, simply contact us and we will do our best to provide you with a suitable replacement as soon is possible.
Polish Care provides the following non-medical supervised services to the patient at home:

Assist with bathing (shower, sponge bath).

Assist with getting in and out of shower

Assist with washing hair and hard to reach places.

Grooming, dressing, picking out appropriate clothes, drying hair, applying make up, shaving, applying dentures, brushing teeth and glasses.

Eating - Assist with set up, feeding if needed, supervising while eating and providing nutritious meals.

Toileting- Assist clients in and out of bathroom, incontinent care, commodes, pads and skin care.

Ambulation- Assist clients with walkers, canes and wheelchairs. We do range of motion (ROM) exercises with clients if needed and keep the environment safe by removing scatter rugs, cords or any other objects that can cause falls.
